A new model for student loans in Germany

Many university students face a difficult question: how to pay for their studies?

Future Finance, an Irish fintech company, was founded to bridge the gap between government support and the day-to-day costs of being a student. The company aims to offer fair, flexible and transparent loans throughout Europe. Together with Wirecard, Future Finance now offers loans of between EUR 1,000 and EUR 40,000 to cover tuition fees and living costs in Germany.

As the company’s partner bank, Wirecard Bank provides the German banking licence and account management. Students benefit from flexible and low repayments during their studies. They receive competitive interest rates and a loan repayment plan that is individually based on their future earning potential.
